The gap on the Indonesian side

Most smallholder plots are still unmapped. Clean files will also decide who gains from the Indonesia-EU CEPA, expected in 2027.

18-22%
of smallholder hectares had verified geolocation (Q1 2026)
5M ha
still without verified EUDR records
USD 80-150
per hectare to close the gap, per industry studies

Indicative fees

Quote-based. Figures dated July 2026 and subject to change.

Scoping call 30 minutes Free
EUDR gap check 5-7 working days IDR 9.5-18 million
Due diligence system design 3-6 weeks IDR 35-85 million
Geolocation data collection Scoped after gap check Per hectare

A smallholder cocoa base costs more to map than a single coffee estate. The scoping call prices that before you commit.
